About this deal

I pluged the Commander Core XT and the Lightning Node Core on the internal USB-Hubs and the AIO on the Commander Core XT Hub. It worked for some time, but especially when the PC is under workload the Fans on the Core XT started disconnecting again. In setting fan speeds, this is much simpler as we can define the PWM control of the fan to be exactly 100% or exactly 50%, which is a precise measurement of the fan RPM with very minimal average fluctuation over time. The H150i, 3x LL fans on the radiator, and 3x bottom intake fans all connected to the Commander Core that came with the H150i.

Otherwise I do not know what to do. Obviously the Commander Core is the ideal product because I would rather have just two sata devices plugged into my case instead of 4 or 5. Connect the included temperature probe into the port labeled TEMP 1 or TEMP 2. The probe itself can be placed anywhere inside or outside your system to monitor temperature. Setup: AMD 5800X / Gigabyte B550 Aorus Master / Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce 280X / Corsair Commander Core XT (with 3xQL 140 and 2xQL 120 Fans + 2xCorsair LS100 450mm and 2x Corsair LS100 250 mm) / Corsair Lightning Node Core (with 3xQL 140 and 2xQL 120 Fans) / Corsair iCue 7000X / Lian Li Strimer Plus (Mainboard + Triple VGA, NOT connected to Corsair) / MSI 3080 Ti Suprim X / AMD 5800X / 16 GB DDR4 Gigabyte Aorus (4400 Mhz CL 19) Intelligent fan detection simplifies the fan setup process, allowing iCUE to automatically identify the specific fan model connected to each RGB port. This is pretty odd. How do you have the CoCoreXT connected? And the CoCore? The ComCoreXT has a splitter on the USB Connector - is the Commander Core connected to that? Honestly I'm a little frustrated with corsair about the ml120 rgb pro fans for sale separately. They only have 4 leds per fan, while the ML120s with the h150i elite capellix are 8 rgb per fan. I wanted them to all match. It seems like going with sp120s might be the best from an rgb asthetics point of view, but I'd prefer magnetic levitation ones if they were available with the same 8 rgb leds per fan. I bought an NZXT internal USB hub: Neither the Commander Core XT nor the Lightning Node Core have been detected, no matter what other configs I tried on the USB-Ports. The NZXT hub does not detect the Corsair Hubs. When I plugged my Gigabyte Aio on the Hub, it has been detected. So the hub is working, just not with the corsair products. NOTE: Your cooler pump head should have thermal paste already applied. If you want to use your own thermal paste, make sure you thoroughly clean the cold plate of the pump head and the integrated heat spreader (IHS) of your processor with isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloth.

Don't buy anything and connect the rear fan to a mobo's header. This won't allow you to control the rear fan through iCue. SOLUTION: I figured "Hey, maybe the Core XT cant handle the PWM, since its disconnecting under workload". So I put every PWM-Connector, except for 2, on a PWM-Splitter... And it worked. No more disconnects since then.

Apple cancelled this, now what?

This is great in concept, except that the reality is that not every cooler manages to reach the same dB level at peak operation or lowest noise levels as every other cooler. Some coolers are not seen to operate at 35 or 40dB while others easily exceed it. These same coolers in comparison also This is also my first time building a PC, so forgive my ignorance. I've always bought pre-built gaming systems in the past, but thought I would finally give it a shot myself. Turns out, it can get pretty confusing lol. Finish by connecting the COMMANDER CORE XT to an available SATA power connector from your power supply unit. The first time I set the system up the 6 QL 120mm Fan light wasn't working, but it was powered and the fans are (Blowing Air) here is my set up.. its not what you are after but does show the use of pwm repeaters... 32 fans.. 1 commander pro

Now I know the Capellix comes with the "Commander Core", but I believe that's only enough to run the radiator fans, and 3 more fans for a total of 6. So that leaves 3 fans unaccounted for. The 6 that I'm installing on the bottom and side are going to be the Corsair QL series fans. So do I need to get one of the bundles with the Commander Pro? I'm not sure if the Core and the Pro can be daisy changed together or not though?

Throw Your Computer In The Ocean.

The Commander Pro has 6 QL 120mm Fans powered and all 6 lighting wire are connected to 1st USB Lighting Node. and why dont you try saying you have the fans you have in icue or pic the ones with the most RGB and the other will do the same but you wont have all the rgb on the fans itself? i mean lets just say that the LLs have 30 RGB LEDs for simplicity and the MLs have 15. you pic the LLs in icue as all your fans and all 30 LEDs of the LLs light up and the 15 on thje MLs Controls up to six PWM RGB fans, allowing you to set custom fan curves and lighting profiles that adjust based on system temperatures - including Zero RPM mode to keep the noise down at low loads. Configure the lighting effects of the 3-pin device connected to the RGB port by selecting 3-Pin Lighting Effects. You can also run the setup wizard if you need help with setup. To daisy chain a second internal USB device (e.g. a cooler), remove the cover of the daisy chain connector, connect to your second device, then connect the COMMANDER CORE XT to a motherboard USB 2.0 header.
